Bryan Adams, the Canadian rock singer-songwriter got his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star on Monday, March 21, 2011. Awarded in front of the Musicians Institute on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, you can see Adam???s star located right there. Not expecting the honor, Bryan Adams was touched by his 50 fans that were there to attend this moment with him even in the pouring rain. Retired hockey star Wayne Gretzky and a friend to Adams, was there for the dedication.

National Post quotes Bryan saying:

I remember being in Hollywood at the age of 16 and marveling at the stars. The idea of being part of it never entered my mind. It was too far-fetched. Today, I???m humbled at the induction of my name. It???s fantastic.

The much deserving singer-songwriter, guitarist, bassist, producer, and photographer has won dozens of awards and nominations in the past. That included Juno awards and 15 Grammy Award nominations. As a child, I loved Bryan Adam???s music and the music grew on me even more as a teenager. I think his music will never die and generations will be attached to the lyrics and emotions that he portrays through his songs. At 51, he still has the image of the young musician with ???the summer of 69??? legendary song still alive in our memories. I wish him all the best with being a dad, as the singer is expecting his first child with personal assistant Alicia Grimaldi. And for those who love Bryan Adams, don???t miss out on his concert in Los Angeles on April 9!
