They say history repeats itself. Whether it is true for everyone I do not know but definitely the 86-year-old Hollywood veteran Carol Channing will swear by it. The actor lost her expensive belongings to thieves and robbers twice within a span of five months. After her diamond-studded dress was stolen last September, Channing was ill fated to be present at a Californian bank during the time of a bank robbery last Friday and was robbed.
We only hope that history once again repeats itself for the actor but this time for good. During the September 2007 incident, her expensive gown was recovered and this time we hope that her robbed booty is returned to her.
