Bitter divorce proceedings of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen provided news for tabloids for long. Denise even won a restraining order against Charlie in April but later both of them decided to settle down the child custody issue amicably, behind the close doors. Charlie and Denise have two daughters Lola,1 and Sam,2.
Chrlie’s attorney, Lance Spiegel said on Monday, issues related to the divorce proceedings have been solved after a closed-door session between Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Marjorie Steinberg and lawyers of both parties. Neil Hersh, Denise’s attorney told press, she has agreed to drop the restraining order.
Court hearing for child custody, scheduled on September 12 has been already canceled. Sheen’s spokesperson said that both the parties have sorted out the child custody matter and other issues are being talked about. No judgment has been entered in the divorce so far.
