Charlie Sheen, the troubled ???Two and a Half men??? actor is in news all the time for one reason or the other. This time he is in news for losing his rights temporarily to see his almost two years old twin sons. This has come after his estranged wife Brooke Mueller lodged a complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The judge Hank M.Goldberg has also imposed a restraining order for communicating with Brooke.

According to ContactMusic,

Charlie Sheen has been temporarily stripped of access to his 23-month old twin sons. The troubled actor???s estranged partner Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration to Los Angeles Superior Court requiring him to give up Bob and Max, who she claims he took from her home without permission on February 26.

Based on the restraining order, police has taken away the twins from the Sober Valley Lodge, the house of Charlie Sheen on Tuesday night. Brooke has alleged that she has taken this extreme step after receiving death threats from Charlie Sheen when she went to his home to take their twin sons back whom he had taken without her knowledge. She has alleged that he threatened her to behead her.

This allegation can work either way when the case come for final hearing on March 22. Since Brooke is also undergoing addiction rehabilitation herself, final statement depends on the truth of the allegation made by her. Thus, Charlie Sheen???s saga continues and we have to wait and watch how this whole controversy of the custody battle turns to.
