The 75-year-old Countdown star Des O’Connor is ‘truly happy’ after marrying for the fourth time. Des O’Connor tied the knot with girlfriend Jodie Brooke Wilson after 17 years together.
Des said,
I’m a truly happy man. This was a truly magical wedding. We have been on honeymoon for 17 years and I am looking forward to many more good times.

Father of five Des, first met Aussie singer Jodie in 1990 when they appeared in panto together.
The veteran singer’s first wife was Phyllis Gill whom he first met at a Butlins holiday camp. Des’ second wife was Gill Vaughan, whom he wed in 1960. Mrs. O’Connor No3 was Jay Rufer, who he married in 1985.
