Chicken-Egg Salad: Perfect for Non-Veggies

Chicken-Egg Salad! Sounds delicious, isn’t it? Please read further for the perfect salad for non-vegetarians. This salad is made from oriental spices and ingredients. It not only challenges the universal speculation that good salads cannot be made without olive oil but it is also loaded with minerals and salts and is light for stomach.

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken – shredded and boiled
1 cup mashed boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp chopped green chilies
1/2 cup cheese spread
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp rock salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl (except cheese, salt, chaat masala and pepper powder) and store at a low temperature for two hours. Take out the bowl from fridge and keep at room temperature for half an hour. In the in the meantime, mix cheese, salt, pepper and chaat masala robustly till the cheese spread turns light. Now mix the spiced cheese in salad and serve right away.
