Chopstick snapshot at the Rice-Cake Festival

rice cakesKorean Cuisine has the magic to eat and dine the “Korean Way”. The adjoining photograph shows you westerners eating Korean delicacies with chop sticks in the “January Rice Cake Festival” at Seoul Sejong Hotel, Jung-gu, Seoul, on January 10. In this rice festival they are not at all feeling it strange to have rice cakes with chopsticks.

The rice cakes are downsized portions that can be conveniently picked up between he sticks. The picture also takes your attention to the array of appetizers, steamed cakes iced with leaves and roses, barbecued stuff and other cakes that are appearing more like cheese cakes, but you never know of the Korean-food wonders. This Rice Cake festival will give a granulated treaty and perhaps more until January 27th.

The westerners are enjoying Korean treat and it is a great thing to see that they are patronizing the upcoming Korean Cuisine. As the chefs pose for the photo with the Korean delicacies, the westerners talk among themselves, perhaps exchanging their tasting notes on Korean Rice Cakes.
