The world of dips and salsas is variegating with variegated regions. Today I am, going to share with you mint dip from Eastern India. This Cilantro dip can be eaten with pancakes, rotis, roasted duck-meat, chops and also with mutton patties.
Ingredients:
Coriander leaves
Yogurt
Green chilies
Tomatoes
Tamarind Juice
Salt.
Method:
Grind all the ingredients into paste except yogurt.
Afetr the ingredients are finely pasted stir in yogurt.
