Healthy Tomato Dip

Tomatoes constitute a vital ingredient in all our recipes, right from purees, salsa, and gravies. But Eastern Orissa cooks up an exciting Tomato Dip.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes
Chopped Onions
Chopped Garlic
Chopped green chilies
Chopped Cilantro
Mustard Oil
Salt

Method:

Roast tomatoes over fire or grill it in the microwave. Peel the tomatoes and pulverize the pulp. Add all the chopped ingredients, blend it properly. Add salt, cilantro and mustard oil.
