Roused after watching the blue film, the boy lured the little innocent girl, who resides in his neighbourhood, to his house by promising her chocolates and did the act, to the utter disbelief of one and all in the house and neighbourhood.
The incident was discovered on Sunday night when the minor returned home and told her mother about the incident. The victim’s parents who knew the accused, rushed to the police station and registered a case against the boy. The teenager fled from his house as soon as he found that girl has told her parents about the incident, but the police caught him.
The police have arrested the accused and sent him to Dongri Children’s home as he is below 18 years of age. The accused has been booked under sections 342 (wrong confinement) and 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code. The police is awaiting the medical reports of both the victim and the accused to strengthen the case.
