The question here is not “why,” but “who else?”! The Material Girl has proved that she is the coolest celeb of the moment. Madge has shown that she doesn’t feel shy to play the stubborn girl even at this age. In spite of tremendous opposition and criticism from so many quarters, Madge went on with her plans to adopt a second child from Malawi and ultimately persuaded the Malawi Supreme Court to overturn the lower court ruling and allow her to adopt Mercy. No doubt many, including me, believe that she stole 4-year-old Chifundo “Mercy” James from her father, but that doesn’t keep her from claiming this week’s Cool Celeb of the Week crown.
