Corn and lamb meat curry

Corn with meat during wintry nights can set you warm from inside. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Boneless Lamb
Fresh Corn kernels
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Green Chilies
Chopped Onions
Crushed Garlic
Coriander leaves Paste
Cardamom Powder
Nutmeg Powder
Salt
Oil

Method

1. In hot oil fry onions, tomatoes, green chillies and crushed garlic together. Slow cook until the mixture has turned soft.

2. Add corn and lamb meat. Stir over slow-fire until the moisture from meat does not dry out.

3. Add coriander leaves paste, cardamom and nutmeg powder and salt. Add water and stir well.

4. Pressure cook the mixture in step 3 until the meat and corn is cooked.

5. Serve with pasta.
