Sara Evans, the multitalented poster woman, healthy and voluptuous has been recently named an ambassador for the National Eating Disorders Association and will host Fashion for Every Body, an evening to benefit the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee and The Sara Evans Fund.
She is working for the cause of anorexia and the deaths caused because of the disease.
The female vocalist explains that she had a personal link to the disorder, as she lost her best friend because of the disease.
