Creamy Avocado Hamburger

Here’s a recipe for those geeks who love burgers free of fats and saturated oils. You can prepare it with a snap of your finger, as you’d be able to find most of the required ingredients at home itself.

Ingredients must for the recipe are hass avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
1-1/2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 finely chopped scallions
1(4 ounce) hamburger patties, 1/2 inch thick
1 lettuce leave
1 hamburger
2-3 slices of medium sized tomato
Pinch of black pepper and oregano.

Preparation

1. In a bowl, combine avocado and lemon juice, mash until creamy.
2. Add horseradish, red union and salt. Seal your mixture with plastic or cellophane and set it aside.
3. Grill your hamburgers patties for 4-5 minutes, so that they are grilled from both sides.
4. Grill your hamburger buns.
5. On each of the grilled bun place a lettuce leave and tomato slices.
6. Top this with grilled hamburger patties and spread the avocado spread over them. Sprinkle oregano over it along with black pepper.
7. Pack it with a bun top.
8. Serve with papaya sauce
