The ‘Mindfreak’ star, who had been linked to Spears both on and off the stage was supposed to be working with Brit to create a right stage show for her first televised performance in years. But he never turned up on stage! Why and what happened?
Now rock-star Criss Angel is finally talking Brit’s disastrous performance. He tells Ok!,
‘We were supposed to do a creation of stuff that we worked on and it took a lot of dedication and work to do the things that we wanted to do,” Criss, on the set of his new NBC series Phenomenon. He tells the weekly entertainment magazine exclusively that he just wanted what was best for Britney.
“Basically I said, ‘Don’t worry about me. Do what you want to do. This is a big opportunity for you to do the VMAs, so if you don’t feel it, go with something else.’ And she chose to go with something else.” It was indeed something else.’
Moreover, it was also said that their backstage differences also ended their friendship. However, the rock-star denied the rumors and claimed that they are still friends and everything is cool.
