The tussle between the American actor David Hasselhoff, 54, and his ex-wife Pamela Bach,43, saw the two appearing in Los Angeles’ court on June 4 for the custody of their daughters Hayley, 16, and Taylor-Ann, 14. The couple got married in 1989 and separated last year stating irreconcilable differences and since then the two have shared the children’s custody. The two were told to appear next week for further discussions.

The Baywatch star shown recovering alcoholic apparently intoxicated in a videotape had lost the right to see his daughters for two weeks when it was aired in April, showing him shirtless and possibly drunk, eating a cheeseburger on the floor of his Las Vegas home. The videotape had ripped off the star from the visitation rights of his daughters. However, later on, his rights were restored.

The media was not allowed to be present at the court’s 90 minutes discussion related to the custody. Outside the court, Hasselhoff told reporters:

They’ve continued the case until the 15th, but the judge asked me not to say anything.

Hasselhoff will continue to be the judge on the NBC show America’s Got Talent, which makes it season’s premiere on June 5.
