Demi Moore says that she could only achieve her dream figure only after she stopped striving for it.
The actress who is known for her strict diets and grilling exercise regimes took a break from Hollywood, took it easy on her severe health regimes and to her utter surprise suddenly achieved her dream figure.
Demi was recently quoted saying, ‘When I stepped away, which was on the heels of ‘G.I. Jane’, I’d been on a long physical run of absolutely manipulating and forcing my body. But I didn’t find that there was a peace that came with that, and when I stepped away I thought, ‘I just have to stop.’ I actually stopped exercising and started to eat in a way that was very reasonable. And the amazing thing is, my body transformed closer to what I had always hoped for.’
Meanwhile, Demi also revealed that she once posed naked for a photo shoot against the will of her husband Ashton Kutcher.
Ashton got intimate portraits of herself as a present for her hubby’s 41’st birthday. However, she says that her hired, ace photographer Mario Testino got her to strip for those real special pics.
However, after acquiring a new svelte figure, I don’t think Demi would now hesitate stripping.
