I have been drinking Diet Coke as my primary drink, for about 10 years. I usually now drink meal replacement drinks about 10 cans per week, they have no calories or sugar. I don’t like coffee but do go for a morning pick me up, so I started drinking green tea. I am overweight by ten kilos right now and currently my age is 30. I am cutting out both sugar and artificial sweeteners for a while. I love Diet Snapple, 8-10 bottles a week. I think that diet snapple drinks are probably better than full sugar Snapple but all that aspartame can’t be particularly good for me either. So are too many diet snapple drinks actually bad in my condition? What do you suggest I should be doing?
