Jennifer Morrison, whom you best know as Dr. Cameron in the series House MD, is a super active woman. She boxes, she skates and she hits irons. The actress follows such a workout routine that it can leave even her male counterparts envious.

???For about a year-and-a-half I???ve been pretty consistently boxing, which I really love because I don???t notice the time passing. It???s a great workout ??? they say you burn like 1,000 calories in an hour. But it???s also a great cardio. I try to keep several different things on rotation just so I am not getting stuck or bored.??? Wow, Miss Boxer, that’s what I call a real workout.

Dr. Morrison even has advice for all you young girls: She urges you all to be sensible eaters. She says, ???I never eat past being full. At a restaurant, if I???m full from my appetizer, I only have five or six bites of my main meal and I???ll just take the rest home.???

So, do we gotta survive on appetizers alone? I think I’ll just go for boxing??? ;).
