Elizabeth thinks that she would have had children with her former lover Hugh Grant so that her four year old son, Damian could grow up with a couple of sisters or brothers. She broke off from Grant almost six years back and at present she is dating Arun Nayar and the couple is planning to have kids together.
She says that her relationship with Arun has matured enough now that she can now think of delivering more siblings for Damian.
