Former pop king Michael Jackson failed to pay his wife her share of divorce settlement and she has sued him. Debbie Rowe says that when they legally separated in 1999, she was promised to pay $750,000 but Jackson stopped doing the same after October 2003.
Debbie and Michael had two children during the time they were together but at the time of divorce, Debbie gave up her maternal rights to Prince and Paris after saying that she wants her ex husband to have them as gift. Her views changed after Michael was accused of child molestation, though he received a clean chit from court but Debbie still wants her children back.
She has asked Michael to pay her $145,000 immediately. Interestingly, she wants to use the money to continue her battle against Michael for child custody.
