A trivial addition to Britney’s seemingly endless series of ‘unusual behavior’ has been skipping a court appointment concerning the ongoing custody case.
Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is understandably dissatisfied with her behavior. He is all set to address the matter in court within the next 30 days.
He also pooh-poohed the excuse concocted by Spears’ pal Sam Lutfi that the singer wanted to dodge the paparazzi. Kaplan asserted that not only is paparazzi a new experience for the star, but the fact that Britney was out until 2 that night is more than sufficient evidence of the excuse being… well… just an excuse. If ex-hubby Federline is exasperated, he isn’t showing it.
Whether Britney would turn up for the next hearing on 23rd January is a matter of speculation.
