I love the idea of toying with herbs in summer instead of using a lots of spices. I am going to give you a recipe that uses herbs only to cook chicken and fish. Fish flakes sauteed with herbs tastes amazing.
Ingredients
Fish Flakes
White Pepper
Rock Salt
Dried Oregano
Culantro Paste
Basil Paste
Green Chili Paste
Olive Oil
Method
Marinade the fish flakes with the above ingredients and after an hour add olive oil and microwave the herbal mixture for 20 minutes.
