Low-Cal rice-meat pottage with herbs

I simply love a rice and meat pottage cooked only in herbs.

Ingredients

Rice
Minced Chicken
Minced Patridge Meat or duck meat
Minced cottage cheese
Mint Paste
Culantro Paste
Yogurt
Crispy Fried Onions
Crispy fired Pork
White Pepper
Salt

Method

Marinade meats and cheese with herbs and yogurt for an hour. In a microwave dish add rice, meat-cheese mixture, seasonings and water as required for the cooking of rice. Microwave it for 20 minutes and garnish it with fried onions and Crispy fired Pork.
