I hope you might have enjoyed Indian Ice cream, Kulfi, yesterday. Today I want to share with you a freaky lentil stew made by the ethnic communities in Eastern Indian. Well, it seems freaky when you look at the ingredients, but taste of the lentil stew is absolutely rocking.
Spinach chopped with stems
Radish chopped with leaves
Red Chili Powder
1. Combine all the other ingredients, except rice paste and boil them with enough water.
2. Pressure cook until all the ingredients are tender.
3. Add rice paste and simmer the lentil stew for sometime.
Eat the stew with boiled rice and salsa
