As the article points out those calories in a burger sums upto 700 to 800, you can make them healthy by proper substitution of lean meats and other healthy ingredients. Charles gives tips on every stage from choosing the bun, meat and toppings to the assembling of the same. The tips are as follows:

Flavor Enhancers with lean meat:
1. Addition of Vegetables
2. Addition of herbs and Spices
3. Fat-free marinades
4. Texture of meat
5. Slow-cooking

Meat:
1. Turkey flesh sans fats
2. Lean pork loin
3. Omega3 rich salmon.
4. Going vegetative

Bun:
Whole-grain bread
