Fresh and Honest Cafe Limited (FHCL), a part of Sterling Group of Companies, is based in Chennai. FHCL is a renowned coffee brewing company and is also a supplier of coffee beans. The company has launched the all new “Alive!” which is a new filter coffee with a blend of 70 percent coffee and 30 percent chicory. Alive was made by both dry and air roasting processes. Each grade of bean was separately roasted for tapping the maximum flavors. The beans are mixed with Danish make Forberg mixers grinders to give a uniform blend. This rich coffee is then packaged in the ultimate optical density metallised polyester material, which would serve to retain the aroma, and better protection to the content. The coffee packs will be available in 50, 100, 250 and 500 gm packs in the retail store. Presently launched in Tamil Nadu the coffee launch is going to expand to other southern states.
