Fruit ‘n’ Herb Cocktail

Summer is the time to enjoy with the best of beverages and here in India we make the most exciting beverages at home. My favorite cup of shake is papaya, raw mango and mints shake. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Ripe Papaya
Raw Mango (Cored, roasted and pulped)
Mint
Soda Water

Method:

In a food processor add chopped papaya, cored, roasted and pulped mango and chopped mint. Blend it properly add no sugar. Add soda water to a glass, add this pulp and enjoy.

You can have it as an energy drink early in the morning or have it whenever the summer heat bothers you.
