I am back with my cool recipes this weekend and it is all summer in India, which gives me a lot of freedom to say how I am chilling out. Seriously, on the run I make efforts to find out the best of chillers made by the street vendors and today I was searching for my favorite coolant called Thandai, a chilling beverage made in India. But those of you who cannot find it in the US and the UK here goes the recipe:
Ingedients:
Chilled Milk
Rose Petals (fresh)
Pistachios
Honey
Chilled Water
Strawberry Tart
Method:
Whip the above ingredients at high speed and sip. You can add your favorite home-made flavors from rose, cardamom, almond and even chocolate.
