Greg Norman, the famous golf player, popularly known as The Great White Shark, is back in limelight after he has declared the sale of his mansion for $65m. It was expected from the Golf legend to gift this beautifully sighted 7.4 acre Florida House to his ex-wife Laura, as a part of their long and bitter divorce settlement. He had purchased this property in $5m in 1991 and seems to make a good deal of profit from it.

This mansion was once in headlines when Greg was blamed about changing the locks so that Laura could not enter or have any kind of control over the estate. This estate is located in South Florida’s Jupiter Island, which is an exclusive choice of some of the world’s wealthiest and extraordinary celebrities and businessmen. It was known recently that his fellow golfing star Tiger Woods and singer Celine Dion have started working on their own project of building mega mansion there and is also said that he paid a record amount of $44m for this 12-acre property.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Greg’s property includes a four-bedroom house, which was built in 1992, and is around 9,000 sq. ft in area. There is a two-bedroom Beach side Guesthouse, coach house, which is three-bedroom, a swimming pool of 50 foot, garage space for 17 cars and a 140 foot-long dock. Added to these there is a carriage house with gym and a tennis court and a grilling house. This mansion was also in news when the then President Bill Clinton hurt his knees in a fall in1997.

Laura Norman has purchased a $4m home in Palm Beach. The divorce process is becoming bitter day by day, starting after Greg started dating tennis star Chris Evert and recently he filed another lawsuit against Laura alleging her that she had disclosed some confidential document in an interview.
