God made man, man made money and money made devil that lives in each one of us. Also to add more to it, God made rose and man made gun. God must have wanted all human beings to greet each other with one of its most beautiful creation-a rose. I say that because a rose is a flower with thorns and yet we consider to be a symbol of love.
Despite the prickly stem rose stands as beautiful and lovely. Now man made a gun, I really wonder what was the need. Today gun has become an easily available instrument of death. Small children, at places, are in possession of a gun. And they love it when the gun speaks, because when it open its mouth it sheds blood. Red and hot human blood.
Mankind has decided to ditch the rose and take-up gun as its life mate. It is ironic as the killer is considered to be the savior. With the kind of speed we are showing in being inhumane and blood-thirsty, I think that in a few years we will become extinct like the dinosaur. When we talk so much so about our rights then why don’t we talk about our survival. We might get what we want but what if we do not exist to enjoy it.
We have made borders in the name of security and country’s boundary and that is good but why have we made borders in our heart and brain differentiating one person from another, one caste from another and one color from another. We are supposedly the most intelligent species yet deep within we all know that we are miserable. We know the depth of the ocean but we cannot stay there like fishes. We know the definition of love and hatred both yet we choose the latter and neglect the former.We have been so used to learning and using the language of GUN that we forgot what ROSE has always been trying to tell us. That even with body full of thorns it lives to spread beauty and give the message of love…We need to learn it…Not for others but for us…Think about it….
