Fashion designer, singer Gwen Stefani says that designing is all about real hard work.
The ultra stylish singer, who is a mother of eight months old son Kingston revealed that she had never expected her L.A.M.B. clothing line to be so successful right away.
The 37 year old was quoted saying,
Suddenly I had to come up with all these designs last year after getting feedback from what kinds of clothes had been selling after four years of being put there on the market.
Despite being very successful at designing, Stefani claims that her first love is music. She compares the two professions and says that designing is more like work for her compared to music which is her passion. She said,
I don’t really feel emotional about fashion designing. It’s more a greedy thing about creating things that I would like to wear personally.
The pop singer’s clothing line L.A.M.B. (Love Angel Music Baby) is a hit among celebrities as well as teenagers. Recently, Gwen and her husband Gavin Rossdale topped a poll of most stylish parents.
