The Californian wild fire victims have a new Angel in the sensuous singer Gwen Stefani, who has pledged to donate the entire proceedings from her Oct 30 concert to the San Diego Foundation. San Diego Foundation is a local charity that is helping victims of wildfires that devastated Southern California over the past week.
Stefani who originally hails from Southern California made this announcement on Monday morning, Oct 29, on a local radio station alongside the mayor of San Diego, Jerry Sanders.
Stefani said that on hearing about devastation caused by the fire she decided to cancel her concert but later decided to move ahead with the concert so that the money from it could be used for a useful cause.
Stefani’s concert has been scheduled to take place at San Diego’s Cox Arena.
