Halle Berry seems to be in a self-reckoning mode. The lady whom we all praise for her I-don’t-care-what-the-world-says attitude has decided to take a cue from other people’s lives, to reinvent herself. She has developed a new love for Kate Winslet. And the reason for this love is Kate’s openness and love towards her body.
The 42-year-old Oscar-winner’s admiration for Kate can be summed up from her candid statement. In her own words,
Kate Winslet is always naked, sitting on a toilet, running buck-naked. She’s free. I want to be the kind of actress who can really be comfortable with my body like that.
This is one of the rare examples of female adoration which is so rare in Hollywood. In a world where others leave no opportunity to turn green on other actresses, Halle’s honesty definitely deserves a bouquet. This sure says something about Halle; she is one intelligent woman who is always ready to learn and change.
