The world premiere of Becoming Jane became the announcement platform for the former ‘S Club 7’ girl when she announced her love for Primeval co-star and new beau Andrew Lee Potts.
Hannah Spearritt, the 26-year-old singer-turned-actress, was all smooches with Potts on the red carpet outside Leicester Square’s Odeon cinema. Though the premiere itself turned out to be a damp squib, the impish dame did not hesitate to make the most of the situation and went head over heelds with her new love.
During her S Club 7 days Hannah was the most popular figure in the pop group which has won four UK number one hit singles, one UK number one album and one US top ten hit. The band split in May 2003.
As an actress she has appeared in three films till date and over half a dozen television shows which include S Club’s own series- Miami 7, LA 7, Hollywood 7 and Viva S Club.
Hannah Spearritt is a girl who likes to live her life strictly her own way. Hence the announcment of her attachment with co-actor Andrew Lee Pots should not come as a big surprise.
But the trivia is that she has said in a recent interveiw with the Daily Star that she is engaged to boyfriend Paul Chattermole and they are set to marry in the summer of 2007.
She is Hannah and she is capable of doing anything. And by anything I mean anything which she fancies.
