Hayden Panettiere is still roaming around with taped boobs in a bid to keep the cleavage thing alive. No, I didn’t risk the law by peeking inside her dress; it’s just a little bit of common sense that worked for me. If you think logically, Hayden’s cleavage is visible, rather possible, only under two special circumstances. Either she’s using scotch tape or her dress is extra-tight around the bust. However, I’m not so confident about the results of a tight dress on her and hence, I maintain the scotch tape theory. More pics after the jump.
