Here’s Heidi Montag II sandwiched between two douches as she takes her magnificent boobies for a walk around town the other day. Hey, I think the one on her left (and my right) looks exactly like Spencer Pratt, the better half of Speidi. I don’t know what he’s doing here. Anyway, If I still had to acknowledge for a brief moment that she’s good old Heidi Montag, then I’d be more than glad to announce that her plastic surgery has failed.
