High-fiber cereals effective with other dietary fibers

cereals1A research published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association reveals that high fiber whole grains not only help during weight loss, but also add-up for the loss of nutrition during dieting. Facts provide that high fiber cereals are water-insoluble fibers and hence addition of these fibers to the diet reduces the fat and protein content of the diet, thereby declining in overall caloric intake.

This research is not new however, a confirmation of the weight reducing capacity of high-fiber cereals through a six-month study of 180 overweight adults is apparently convincing for the consumers.

Though high fiber cereals are rich in six-month study of 180 overweight adults, it has to be accompanied by other dietary fibers like legumes, apples, berries, broccoli, carrots, yam, beans, zucchini, tomatoes, celery, almonds, so that dieters can get a full dose of nutrients in their meals. In case the diners cannot get rid of their meats then addition of legumes to the meats can make them save the charm of dietary fibers.
