Hilary Duff has grown up. These are not my words; this comes as a revelation made by Maxim in their Young Hot Hollywood issue. After having a look at her pics on the cover and the magazine spread, I have no other option but to agree with this declaration. She has indeed grown up… at least her bust says so! I’m still trying hard to figure out what she’s wearing but she looks damn hot in that black dress. The best part is that she overtakes Scarlett Johansson (also featured on the list of sexiest stars of 2009) to stamp her presence on the magazine cover.
