Hilary Duff was recently spotted at the ???Blessings in a Backpack??? Charity program held at a Chicago school. And I’m feeling totally blessed. The reason why I feel blessed is because the Duffster is all looking one hell of a beauty in her utmost simple getup. Well, our beloved Lizzie McGuire is always as attractive as melting chocolate; but this time, her experiment with her hairstyle has added that extra charm in her personality.
