The Disney star Hilary Duff has surely grown up to be quite a mouthful. The 23-year-old actor, songwriter and author was spotted coming out of a tattoo removal clinic in Encino, California. Hilary looked uber hot in a white and grey striped low neck maxi dress flaunting her ???Oh so sexy??? cleavage. The young actor paired the dress with Hawaiian slim flip flops and a yellow Balenciaga city bag. The look was completed with a broad belt. We guess Hilary had visited the clinic to get the ???thick as thieves??? tattoo removed from her forearm. Well, with tattoo or without tattoo we will keep loving The Soul Collector and her Cinderella story.
