Here’s Hilary Duff looking totally adorable in a B/W striped top and black leggings on her way to her Live with Regis and Kelly appearance in New York City yesterday. Though she’s not a frequent hottie at CelebGuru, I’ve always appreciated her sense of fashion whenever I’ve got the chance. She loves the dress up game and she knows how to pull off her act perfectly. OK, the main reason I posted these pics is because that zebra thing is partially see-through and you could get a fair glimpse of her bra if you squint hard enough through the black stripes.
