It looks like Adam Brody knows a lot about breaking up with women and considers himself a big player. Last year, 27 year old chic magnet broke up with his long time girl Rachel Bilson. Acting ‘In the Land of Women’ movie is like a Dejavu for Adam. The movie is a reflection of the breakup in Adam’s personal life.
About the movie ‘In the Land of Women’:
Interestingly enough, Brody plays a young soft-core porn writer – Carter Webb. In the movie he lives in California. Eventually a time comes when his world is messed up and very chaotic because of the breakup with the famous actress.
After the breakup, Brody or Carter moves on. First thing he does is goes to Detroit to visit his grandma. In the process of doing so, he hangs out with the next door Hardwicke family and his grandma in Detroit. The funny thing is all the Hardwicke women fall in love with Carter and makes him leave. I think this is an interesting plot.
Brody’s Real life:
The movie is very similar to real life but, with a twist. Brody seems to be popular among teenagers and women in real life. The split between him and his real life girl sort of matches with the movie plot. As for moving on, Brody has already done it.
He fell in love with the actress instantly . Right after they met in a coffee shop at LA, they took off for a bar and had a few drinks. It seems like Brody knows all about breaking up and getting back with women. I think he is also aware about the moving on factor after a breakup. He seems to be a ladies man indeed.
