The only way to use crispy appetizers is to make aproper batter to dip your food. the batter can be made crispy by the proportionate use of cornflour, semolina and rice powder.
To make a crispy batter:
3tablespoon rice powder
2 tablespoon Semolina
4 tablespoons Rice Powder
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/4 cup water
Method
Mix all the ingredients smoothly to make a smooth batter to dip your foods and fry.
