Spring is the time to experiment with tomatoes and I wanna share with you the recipe of stuffed tomatoes with leftover fish chops.
Ingredients
Large tomatoes
Grilled Fish Chops
Deep-fried Onions
Mashed Potatoes
Salt
Method
1. Core the tomatoes.
2. Crush the fish and potatoes along with onions and salt.
3. Fill them inside the core tomatoes.
4. Grill them on an open grill.
Note: the tomatoes you use gotta be firm and you have to peel the top of it and core it carefully without damaging the skin. You just have to core the puree.
