Ice Age: The Meltdown is ruling the box office these days. Its opening collection has crossed $70 million. Inside Man made $16 million in past week whereas ATL earned $12.5 million in its first week.
It is actually beyond expectation of News Corp-owned studio too as they hoped it will touch $55 Million. It is being said that it is the best opening of the year.
This sequel of Ice Age is not yet open in big markets such as Australia, Italy, Britain, Japan and Germany. This tale about a woolly mammoth, a saber-toothed tiger and a sloth, who tries to face up to the danger of Global Warming has surely struck the bull’s eye.
Queen Latifah, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo and Ray Romano have lent their voices to the characters.
