The ‘Two and a Half Men’ star is forbidden from staying at a string of New York hotels, which are amongst the top few in the city. Charlie Sheen is planned to be in New York in April for his stage show, ‘Violent Torpedo of Truth’ and his accommodation is going to be a major problem. Following the ban, the star is said to be looking out for a private residence. Sheen owes this ban from top properties such as Waldorf Astoria and The Trump Soho to an episode that occurred a while ago, wherein he smashed objects worth $7,000 at the New York Plaza Hotel after a party.

According to ShowbizSpy:

Many of the New York hotels don???t want the drama. He is now looking at a private residence as a real issue is finding him a hotel that allows smoking. He has to be able to smoke and it’s hard to find him a place that will accommodate him and his entourage that will be more than 30, including the lighting people and of course the goddesses.

It seems like Charlie Sheen is going through a crisis phase in his life. After he was sacked from ‘Two and a Half Men’, he has been making it to headlines quite often for all the wrong reasons. This 45-year-old infamous star is due in court on April 19, when he will argue against Warner Brothers and the ‘Two and a Half Men’ creator Chuck Lorre for a lawsuit worth $100 million. The actor filed this lawsuit claiming that he was iniquitously sacked from the show. All Sheen needs is to live up to his character in the show. Just drink and have fun.
