In past 10 days at least 19 prisoners hanged
NCRI – The Iranian regime
hanged two prisoners in southern city of Kerman on Saturday, April 17. The men named Feizollah and Nazar belonged to Barahouiee tribe and were from Zahedan,
the provincial capital of Sistan and Baluchistan. The mullahs, fearing people’s widespread hatred toward the regime in Sistan and Baluchistan, execute Baluchi prisoners in cities outside the province.
On April 8, two prisoners were hanged in southern cities of Behbahan and Shadgan. The hanging in Behbahan took place in public amid people’s protest.
Total number of executions in past 10 days reaches at least 19.
The Iranian Resistance calls on all international human rights organizations, in particular the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the relevant UN rapporteurs, to condemn the rising number of executions and to take urgent measures to stop the criminal trend in Iran.
