Halle Berry has reportedly got engaged to beau Gabriel Aubry. The 41-year-old Monster Ball actress and her much younger partner Gabriel Aubry had welcomed daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry in April this year. She was seen sporting a diamond ring on her finger at the Revlon Walk/Run for Women in Los Angeles on May 10, 2008. It is speculated that this ring belongs to Canadian model Aubrey???s grandmother. It is also believed that Gabriel has proposed Berry by giving her his family ring as an insider said,
Gabriel felt the time was right to propose. He gave her the family heirloom because he wanted to show her how much she means to him, and how she will be accepted into the Aubry family. The ring belonged to Gabriel???s grandmother -??? it was her engagement ring.
Well, I am more than pleased seeing Berry wearing the ring on her engagement finger. I guess we???ll soon hear two planning to tie the nuptials as it seems that she has finally broken her vow which she took when she separated from her second hubby, Eric Benét, and had said that she will never marry again.
