Is Larry Birkhead encashing sweetheart Nicole’s death?

larry birkhead 2263Anna Nicole Smith’s untimely death is sure to claim the top position in the celebrity death list. Nicole’s death has been so much glamourised by the media that persons relating to her could make a fortune just on the merit of being close to the deceased Queen.

Nicole’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead surely meant business when last week he trademarked the phrase ‘Goodnight, My Sweet Anna Baby‘ for use in movies, books, TV programs, Internet programs and stage plays.

Birkhead claims that Smith used to make him say to her every night ‘Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby.‘He told Access Hollywood:

That’s what she wanted me to say every night before she went to sleep.

A poem that appeared on Birkhead’s website further hints that he is doing his best to popularise that intimate expression. Birkhead ended that poem in the following words:

My heart is broken, my tears are endless. She called me her angel, I called her my sweet potato, and every night before we went to sleep, she made me say to her …‘Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby’ Anna Nicole Smith 1967-2007

Birkhead’s emotions for Nicole are understood and duly respected but the directions in which these emotions are heading are compelling us to believe that Birkhead means business.

And the trump card could be the custody of Nicole’s 6-month-old daughter Dannielynn, who could eventually inherit a substantial amount from the $500 million fortune of Nicole’s late husband J. Howard Marshall II.
